Managed service plans include tasks like server moves, applying license keys, installation and configuration of updates, upgrades and patches, migration to different CTI or CRM/ CSM environments, semi-annual wellness checks and on-going administration training.
AMC includes Standard Support with defined SLAs for all software license purchases as long as your subscription remains current. You can also purchase Professional Services for help with installations or troubleshooting complex scenarios.
