Hello everyone. This is an overview of Creator Studio, the cloud administration tool for the DaVinci platform, and how to configure a profile using DaVinci apps for Salesforce Voice and Microsoft Teams.
This is the homepage of Creator Studio. To get started creating a profile, click the icon with nine dots on the left-hand side. This opens the profile configuration area, where you can add apps to a specific profile.
In this example, there’s a profile called “DaVinci Platform.” It currently has no configured apps. To add Salesforce Voice and Microsoft Teams, scroll down to the list of available apps. Select Salesforce Voice, click Add, and you’ll see it appear under configured apps. Do the same for Microsoft Teams.
Now both Salesforce Voice and Teams are configured for this profile. While additional setup steps are required for features like transcription services for Teams, this video focuses on the high-level process of creating and assigning a profile.
Next, return to the left-hand navigation and click Users. Select any user to open their configuration panel. Under Assigned Profiles, check the profile you just created, then click Save.
That user is now configured to use the DaVinci profile you built. The next time they log in, their environment will automatically load with the selected Salesforce and Teams integrations.
