See how to effectively manage profiles using the DaVinci Toolkit. We’ll demonstrate how profile management organizes work priorities by allowing agents to seamlessly switch between multiple profiles for enhanced adaptability and efficiency. You’ll learn how to filter users and add or remove profiles, and agents can select their preferred profile upon logging into DaVinci. This flexibility enables agents to tailor their tasks and align with various workflows, optimizing their performance in different environments.
Profile management helps organize work priorities across multiple profiles, ensuring adaptability, efficiency, and security. Agents can seamlessly switch environments, tailor tasks, and align with different workflows. A profile is essentially a collection of apps, services, and their configurations.
Let me show you how it works. I have a profile here, and using multi-profile management, I can go to the user’s list and filter for a specific user. When I click on the user, I can see a list of their assigned profiles right below the entry in the table. On the left side is a list of all available profiles, and on the right are the profiles assigned to the user. I can easily add or remove these profiles as needed.
Now, I’ll log out and show you how an agent can select the profile they want to log into. When the agent logs into DaVinci, they’ll be presented with a list of profiles to choose from. For example, if they’re performing their daily tasks, they can select the “Premise Profile,” which will load all the associated configurations.
If they need to switch to a Cloud Test Profile” instead, they simply log out, log back in, and choose the appropriate profile from the same selection screen. This flexibility allows agents to quickly adjust to different tasks and environments as needed.
