Day 1 Data Protection

About this Video:

See how DaVinci’s platform protects your data infrastructure by keeping all data access and processing within the user’s browser securely contained within your business applications. DaVinci is committed to safeguarding customer information with Day 1 Data Protection. It centralizes and stores data exclusively within its applications to maintain data integrity and provide a secure foundation for AI training.

Additionally, DaVinci simplifies and accelerates the deployment of interaction management solutions through its toolkit, which includes essential infrastructure services like identity and access management and data management with Day 1 Data Protection.

The VCI apps are stored in the cloud, but once downloaded to the agent’s desktop, no further communication occurs with the cloud. When an agent logs into a CRM or DaVinci workplaces, they are prompted to log into DaVinci. Upon logging in, the specific apps linked to their profile are downloaded into either the embedded framework or the DaVinci workplace.

At this point, communication between the desktop and the CRM, as well as the cloud channel provider, begins. This communication takes place over the vendor-supplied APIs, ensuring all data and security measures are maintained through these specific APIs. Importantly, no data is sent back to the Azure Cloud through the DaVinci apps.
