Welcome to our quick dive into the DaVinci toolkit by AMC Technology. I’m Vamshi Suddapalli, and today, we’re exploring how this powerful orchestration platform can enhance your contact center operations with SAP C4C and NICE CX1.
The DaVinci Toolkit combines pre-built applications with custom-built solutions, offering unparalleled flexibility to meet your unique business needs. Whether you’re looking to improve customer interactions or streamline workflows with existing systems, DaVinci has you covered.
Let’s take a look at the agent experience. On a typical day, an agent logs into SAP C4C. With DaVinci configured in the backend, seamless communication with the NICE CX1 platform is enabled. Here, I’m using NICE Max Agent for demonstration to show the tight integration between these platforms. For example, an agent can change their status in DaVinci, which automatically reflects in CX1, or make the change directly in CX1, with DaVinci reflecting the updated status instantly.
Now, let’s see how this integration works during an incoming call. As a customer places a call, NICE CX1 receives it, and the agent is alerted. Upon accepting the call, the integration between C4C and NICE CX1 provides the agent with a single-pane view, showing the caller ID and relevant context, allowing them to answer or manage the call easily.
On the SAP C4C side, the incoming call screen pops based on the customer’s phone number. The agent can access the customer’s activity timeline, confirm records, or add new accounts, contacts, or tickets directly within C4C. When the agent adds call notes, they automatically populate in the customer’s timeline, reducing clicks and ensuring a smooth workflow.
This demonstration highlights the streamlined experience DaVinci brings to inbound call handling. With DaVinci, agents have the right data and tools at their fingertips, allowing them to provide effective and timely customer service. I hope this walkthrough has been helpful.
