November 17th, 2023

DaVinci Creators Studio ( Admin Tool)

  • It has been observed that in the case of an administrator importing a list of existing users with no password in the password column, the import functionality will overwrite/ clear the existing password of the user in the database. That will prevent the affected user to login until the administrator changes the password manually using Studio. This will be fixed as per the following:-
    • If the administrator imports the user details with no password in the password column, then the existing password of the user in the database will be left untouched.
    • If the administrator imports the user details with “deletepassword” (Case insensitive) as the password in the password column, then the existing password of the user will be cleared.
    • If the administrator imports the user details with any valid password in the password column, then the new password would be applied for the user in the database.

DaVinci App for Amazon Connect

  • Fixed a bug, wherein Click-to-Dial was affected in regions outside US.
  • Introduced a new configuration parameter for AWS region.

DaVinci Creators Studio ( Admin Tool)

  • Fixed bugs where Contact Center administrator wasn’t able to Export/ Import agents.
  • Introduced a new feature of mass deleting agents.

Customer Action: All Customers should perform basic end-to-end regression testing in case they want to use this feature.

Observation: It has been observed that in the case of an administrator importing a list of existing users with no password in the password column, the import feature of Creators Studio, will overwrite/ clear the existing password of the user in the database. DaVinci App for Cisco Finesse

  • If the agent is not logged into Finesse, then logging out of Global Presence no longer attempts to log the agent out of Finesse.
  • When an agent logs out, DaVinci disconnects Jabberwerx connection so that DaVinci doesn’t maintain a server connection post logout.
  • Added user notification for outbound call failure.
  • Wrapup header displays proper phone number value now.
  • If an agent has multiple devices, they are prompted to select a device while logging in.
  • Added a loading indicator while login is being performed so that there is some feedback to the agent.
  • Added UI notifications for failed actions so that there is feedback to he agent.
  • Added handling for case when agent has no devices, or no active devices.
  • Added UI feedback if critical initialization steps fail.
  • Added UI element which indicates connectivity status, green: connected, yellow: connecting, red: disconnected
  • Added auto-login functionality using userAttributes
