TAPI, ACCS), Cisco (Finesse, UCCE, UCM, UCCX), Five9, Genesys Cloud, Twilio, and Twilio
Flex.

DaVinci can easily plug-and-play out of the box. If you are using a solution not listed above, additional development may need to be completed. DaVinci can still integrate your contact center if you use a mix of on-premise and cloud applications.

DaVinci Agent provides advanced CTI features like screen pop, click-to-dial, contextual call
controls, interaction logging, customer screen transfer and omni-channel. Licenses provide users
with access to a library of integration apps and our cloud-based administration portal, Creators
Studio. If needed, DaVinci Premise Gateway can be added to any plan for an additional cost to
connect on-premise and cloud environments.

DaVinci comes in 2 tiers: DaVinci and DaVinci Inventor. Both provide turnkey advanced contact
center integration (CTI) functionality for any environment. DaVinci Inventor can be customized,
extended or enhanced to meet specific contact center challenges.

Any sized business can use DaVinci, and it can easily scale as your business grows.

DaVinci supports hybrid contact centers by utilizing DaVinci Premise Gateway, contact centers
can connect on-premise and cloud technologies for a hybrid environment.

Yes, DaVinci can be used by agents anywhere in the cloud or by using their organization’s
VPN.

Any browser that is HTML5 compliant can run DaVinci.
