Company Our Promise: AMC Technology is committed to providing integration solutions for dynamic organizations that seek contact center efficiency and high customer satisfaction. Our History Computer telephony integration (CTI) was once a complex endeavor. Many companies found consulting those seeking the benefits of “screen pop” and embedded softphone controls lucrative. Projects were expensive and very time consuming; however, solutions were frequently unstable and the ongoing maintenance, a challenge. In 1995 Anthony Uliano started AMC Technology, because he thought there had to be a better way. Working as a technical consultant for a large customer, implementing SAP, Anthony was consulted on a risky part of the project and asked to make an assessment. The customer’s call center was trying to implement IMA Edge, one of several CTI companies of the day, with SAP. The project had already taken months, was way over budget, and consistently crashed the system. Over the course of a couple of weekends and late nights, a solution was architected and built that was far more modular and stable, and provided even tighter integration with SAP. SAP AG took note of the solution and within a few months Anthony had an agreement with SAP to ship their solution to every single one of their customers. From that moment on, AMC Technology was in the CTI product business.
