Who is AMC Technology?

AMC Technology is a leader in the Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) world, bringing people together through great interactions since 1995. We improve interactions between agents, customers, businesses and communities through our flagship product, DaVinci™, the industry’s first and only iPaaS made specifically for contact centers that offers unlimited omni-channel integrations for cloud, premise or hybrid environments. DaVinci integrates best of breed CRMs and CSMs with communication channels enabling contact centers to deliver superior levels of customer service and boost productivity, now and in the future.

How did AMC Technology get started?

Computer telephony integration (CTI), which enables computers and telephone systems to interact, has long been an essential tool for the success of a call center. Once a complex endeavor with custom point-to-point solutions and expansive and costly middleware, these older integration models were not flexible or scalable enough for modern organizations to keep up with the volume and variety of applications needed to run a successful contact center today. The need for a more flexible CTI solution lead Anthony “Tony” Uliano to find a better way.

Working as a technical consultant for a large customer implementing SAP, Tony was consulted on a risky part of the project and asked to make an assessment. The project had already taken months, was way over budget, and consistently crashed the system. After several late nights and long weekends, Anthony delivered a solution that was stable, far more modular and provided even tighter integration. SAP took note of the solution and within a few months Anthony had an agreement with SAP to ship their solution to every single one of their customers.

Twenty-seven years later, AMC Technology continues to innovate with the DaVinci Platform, a hybrid, multi-cloud, multi-application system that can support any number of users, communication channels and integrations. As an open framework iPaaS, we provide contact centers a unique opportunity to extend our solution without sacrificing a seamless, single pane of glass experience, With an extensive library of pre-built apps that integrate with the leading, best-of-breed CRM and CMS applications, DaVinci is a powerful solution right out-of-the-box. Whether you choose to use a third-party development company, do it in-house or work with AMC’s professional services team is up to you.
