AMC Technology celebrates its 25th anniversary

RICHMOND, VA USA – May 6, 2020

May 1st marked AMC Technology’s 25th anniversary. The same solution-seeking mindset that started the organization in 1995 has driven the company to remain a leader in solving problems for contact centers across the world throughout the years.

In honor of the anniversary AMC is offering two promotions:

  • Twenty-five free licenses with the purchase of a multi-year agreement for 100 users or more
  • Twenty-five free licenses to the first 25 non-profits that request them

“AMC Technology remains committed to our mission of helping people connect by improving interactions between agents, customers, businesses and communities, especially during this troubling and unknown time,” said Anthony Uliano, CTO/ Founder of AMC Technology, “Giving back to our communities has always been a focus for AMC.”

In addition to the anniversary promotions, AMC Technology is offering free licenses of their flagship product, DaVinci, to pop-up contact centers supporting COVID-19 relief and outreach efforts.

AMC celebrated the day virtually due to the pandemic with a company-wide video meeting and unboxing of treats shipped to all employees’ homes. A celebratory trip to Orlando is planned for the fall.

“Although it wasn’t the day-of celebration I originally envisioned, I’m hopeful the connections we’ve been able to make virtually will only make the team stronger when we’re able to be together at the office,” said Uliano.
