Computer telephony integration (CTI), which enables computers and telephone systems to interact, has long been an essential tool for the success of a call center. Working as a technical consultant for a large customer implementing SAP, Tony was consulted on a risky part of the project and asked to make an assessment. The project had already taken months, was way over budget, and consistently crashed the system. After several late nights and long weekends, Anthony delivered a solution that was stable, far more modular and provided even tighter integration. SAP took note of the solution and within a few months Anthony had an agreement with SAP to ship their solution to every single one of their customers.
