Today's multi-channel contact centers are a complex web of systems and technologies that require expert teams to carefully coordinate the implementation process. Along with delivering innovative software solutions, AMC has developed a systematic methodology that allows the customer to quickly take advantage of the new systems for their contact center operations. This approach consists of a step-by-step process that includes customer participation and sign-off from beginning to end.

In those instances where a third-party consulting firm has been contracted to manage the project, AMC will coordinate the implementation process through the appropriate contact to deliver the product on time and on budget.

The AMC implementation process covers the following areas:

Installation of software solutions, pre-packaged and custom

Integration and configuration of system and user settings

Component testing, at the user and system levels

Training and knowledge transfer
