AMC Technology Supports Customers as Cisco Continues to Depart from CRM

software, today reaffirmed their commitment to support customers that are
affected by Cisco's continued departure from the CRM application integration
space. Cisco recently announced the End-of-Sale and End-of-Life for the Cisco
Unified CRM Connector for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, PeopleSoft, and Salesforce.
Cisco is not offering a replacement for these solutions but is encouraging
customers to migrate to an integration solution offered by Cisco Developer
Network partners, including AMC Technology.
AMC has offered fully certified and supported integration
to Cisco contact center platforms for more than 16 years. AMC has out-of-the
box business application integration for SAP, Oracle’s Siebel CRM, Salesforce,
Oracle’s PeopleSoft, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle CRM on Demand, and
Microsoft CRM. AMC also offers integration to custom and homegrown CRM/business
applications with subscription based licensing available for all products.
In July 2011, Cisco made their first EOL/EOS announcement
related to contact center integration products. “This subsequent EOL/EOS
announcement solidifies our earlier belief that Cisco is getting out of the CRM

transition from Cisco products to AMC.”
AMC will be offering existing customers a smooth and
seamless migration path. AMC will swap out your existing Cisco Unified CRM
Connector for AMC’s fully certified and supported CRM connector. There will be
no product fees associated with the migration. Services will be charged to
handle the new installation and customers will execute support agreements
directly with AMC at the time of the migration at our current maintenance
