Results Summary for 2009 including 24% Growth in Closed Sales and Steady R&D
Investments
Richmond, VA – February 26, 2010
– AMC Technology, LLC, a leading provider of multi-channel interaction
management solutions, today reported results for 2009 that included 24% growth
in closed sales over total 2008 with deployments in 12 countries. AMC's
continued investment in R&D efforts contributed to the company's sales growth
and product portfolio expansion.
AMC's focus on their long-term growth strategy again delivered strong results.
Last year, AMC received orders from several enterprise customers including RTA,
Heraeus, Medtronic, Toshiba America Medical Systems, City of Atlanta, Goldshield,
and MTN. Deployments spanned 12 different countries. “Our global footprint
continues to expand, allowing AMC to continue gaining momentum as the leader in
multichannel integration for CRM solutions around the world”, stated Anthony
Uliano, President and CTO of AMC.
AMC continued significant investments in new product development throughout
2009. This investment allowed AMC to expand their multi channel management
suite by introducing new functionality to support Aspect CS 6.3, Aspect UIP, and
Oracle 12i. AMC also added several enhancements to their salesforce.com adapter,
based on existing customer requirements and functionality reviews. Each of
these products are also fully certified with the respective application
partners.
Throughout 2009, AMC continued to see growth in its subscription based licensing
for all products. Companies are embracing the subscription licensing model as
they continue to be faced with budget constraints and limited capital
expenditure funds. It also allows flexibility to those companies considering
platform changes down the road, as AMC allows its customers to seamlessly
replace both AMC application adapters and connectors with minimal disruption to
their call center environment.
