AMC Technology Co-Sponsors Dreamforce 2009 Volunteer Project

Richmond, VA – November 1, 2009 - AMC Technology, a leading provider of multi-channel integration solutions for contact centers, is a co-sponsor of this year's Dreamforce 2009 Volunteer project to help build the Eco Center at Heron’s Head Park.  Over 200 customers, salesforce.com employees and partners will work together on the project led by salesforce.

The EcoCenter at Heron's Head Park is the first environmental education facility in southeast San Francisco and the first 100% “off-grid” building, modeling solar power and alternative wastewater technologies. Nearly every feature of this 1,500-square-foot facility will be innovative and used to educate the public about renewable energy, pollution and greenhouse gas reduction, wastewater treatment, “green” building materials, and the green economy.

This project, which is scheduled to be completed November 17th,  will have a direct and lasting impact on the community.  It allows people to work together to empower the lives of those who are most at risk in the San Francisco community.  "AMC is proud to be part of a project that allows us to give back to the community and provide education to others on how to improve and preserve our environment Volunteering and giving back to the community is very important to AMC and is a significant part of our corporate culture", states Anthony Uliano, President and CTO of AMC.

Following the volunteer event, you can visit AMC at Dreamforce 2009 in booth #312 at the Moscone Center.
