AMC Technology Announces Migration Protection Plan for Customers

 

Program Designed in Response to Dynamic Market Conditions

 

Richmond, VA - August 19, 2009 - AMC Technology, L.L.C., a leading provider of multi-channel integration solutions for contact centers, today announced the launch of a Migration Protection program to allow customers using its flagship product, the Multi-Channel Integration Suite (MCIS™), to modify their AMC licenses at a discounted cost. This latitude will allow AMC customers to support any future changes they make to their contact center architecture without jeopardizing their existing CRM integration.

MCIS enables contact centers to seamlessly connect a variety of communications channels with leading business applications such as SAP CRM, Oracle Siebel CRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce CRM. Because MCIS supports every combination of these CTI and CRM applications, AMC customers have the flexibility to respond to industry conditions by migrating their AMC licenses to new technologies, on either side of the integration, with minimal downtime and professional services required. Contact center customers considering a move to software-as-a-service (SaaS) for CRM or implementing new CTI options can make those decisions secure in the knowledge that their CRM integration will still be supported.

The new program applies to AMC products in general availability today and goes into effect immediately. All AMC customers are eligible, and new customers can change their licenses one time within the first year of purchase at no charge. Beyond the first twelve months, discount levels for the protection plan are based on the length of time elapsed since the licenses were purchased, with larger reductions available for customers with older licenses.  AMC customers interested in the Migration Protection plan can contact their account manager at 800-390-4866 or send an email to sales@amctechnology.com.
