AMC Technology to Exhibit at INNUA Global Connect 2008 Show

 

Grapevine, TX – May 28, 2008 - AMC Technology will exhibit at the International Nortel Networks Users Association (INNUA) Global Connect 2008 trade show in booth #418 on June 1-4, 2008 at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center in Grapevine, TX.

Visitors will learn about AMC’s latest entry into the Global Connect Innovation Award Program, the AMC Multi-Channel Integration Suite™ (MCIS™) Version 5.2. MCIS provides pre-certified out-of-the-box software to integrate Nortel contact centers with CRM applications including SAP, Oracle Siebel and PeopleSoft CRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce.com, and Remedy Help Desk. Additional adapters scheduled for 2008 include Siebel On-Demand and Oracle E-Business; 11i, 12i.

With MCIS Version 5.2 contact centers can improve call management and enable full CTI functionality inside their CRM desktop including soft-phone controls, caller identification, IVR entered data, and screen population.  Agents can place, receive, and transfer customer interactions with full, real-time access to CRM customer data, and call center events can be automatically entered into the CRM system for detailed analytics.

AMC will also be discussing its long history of working with Nortel sales and resellers as a Nortel Developer Partner with designated Nortel Select Products. AMC provides solutions for Nortel Symposium Call Center Server, Nortel Communications Control Toolkit (CCT), Nortel Business Communications Manager (BCM) LAN CTE, and more. AMC solutions can be purchased directly or via Nortel, and hold multiple global Nortel Compatible Product Certificates.
