AMC Technology Reports Strong Third Quarter Results Including 17% Revenue Growth and Continued Profitability

Richmond, VA - November 2, 2005 - AMC Technology, LLC, a leading provider of multi-channel integration solutions for contact centers, today reported results for third quarter 2005 that included a 17% growth in revenue over third quarter 2004 and continued profitability.

“Along with exceeding our revenue plans in the third quarter, we are excited about the significant growth in the numbers of both new customers and add-on orders,” stated Anthony X. Uliano, President and CTO. “We attribute this success to our increased investment in sales, marketing and product development.”

During the third quarter, AMC received new and add-on orders from fourteen (14) large enterprise customers that included National Insurance Board of Barbados, Respironics, Sta-Rite, State of Florida Department of Revenue, Vattenfall, Voce and others. Customer deployments and service engagements were successfully completed in the United States, Canada, Europe, Mexico and the Caribbean region.

In line with the 2005 strategy of expanding partner relationships and enhancing the AMC product suite, AMC announced a new partner relationship and released the AMC Application Adapter for Siebel 7. AMC successfully completed initial customer deployments and partner validation testing for this new product.

“We continue to focus on enhancing AMC Multi-Channel Integration Suite to better serve the contact center integration needs of large enterprises,” stated Uliano. “For the remainder of 2005 we expect to exceed our total year revenue plans and will be well positioned entering 2006 to continue our business expansion.”
