Integration Certification

successfully achieved Integrated Communications Interface (ICI)
certification by SAP of its Telephony Connector for
Chrysalis Sonata CTI 1.0 for the interaction center
capabilities with mySAP™ Customer Relationship Management (mySAPTM
CRM).
