AMC Technology Announces Siebel Validation: AMC Successfully Integrates AMC Multi-Channel Integration Suite with Siebel Customer-Facing Solutions

Richmond, VA - October 13, 2005 - AMC Technology, L.L.C., a leading provider of multi-channel integration solutions for contact centers, today announced that the integration between the AMC Multi-Channel Integration Suite for Siebel 7 and Siebel 7.7 has been successfully validated by Siebel Systems Inc.. Siebel is a leading provider of customer-facing solutions.

The AMC Multi-Channel Integration Suite for Siebel 7 provides contact centers with pre-packaged, server-based integration that delivers real-time connectivity with leading telephony solutions including those from Avaya, Cisco, Nortel and others. Siebel's multi-channel offerings allow organizations to intelligently manage and coordinate all customer interactions across the Web, contact center, field sales/service force, branch/retail network, and indirect and partner distribution channels. With this validation, customers of Siebel Systems and AMC Technology can enable full telephony (CTI) functionality in Siebel 7.7 application pages.

The integration of AMC Multi-Channel Integration Suite for Siebel 7 with Siebel customer-facing solutions allows contact centers to more efficiently manage all types of customer interactions with higher levels of customer service. Through this integration, Siebel 7.7 customers can enable full telephony functionality including agent login and work modes, softphone controls, caller identification, and screen population of Siebel 7.7 application pages.
