Development to Provide Telephony Servers for SAP™
R/3™ CIC / Call Center
Los Angeles, Ca. – September 13, 1998 - In conjunction with SAP’s announcement of
its Customer Interaction Center™ for R/3™ , AMC today announced that it has developed
telephony servers to interface R/3 CIC / Call Center applications with most telephone
switching equipment vendor and CTI middleware products.
AMC is a SAP Development Partner, and developed the original call center product that is
now the basis of the R/3 Customer Interaction Center. Following through on its commitment
to build on its expertise in the R/3 and computer telephony arena and enhance R/3 CIC /
Call Center functionality, the company is releasing a suite of R/3 telephony servers. AMC
telephony servers will provide the interface between R/3 Customer Interaction Center
applications and telephone switching equipment and CTI middleware products.
The company has completed telephony servers for several major telephone switch and CTI
middleware providers. The products will support TSAPI and CSTA compliant equipment and
CTI solutions from HP (HP CCM) and Genesys. AMC will release a comprehensive list of
interfaces over the next ninety days.

demonstrations at the Sapphire ’98 conference.
