the Siebel Alliance Program as a Base Software Partner.
Siebel Systems, Inc. is a leading provider of customer-facing solutions. Through
this alliance AMC will offer the AMC Multi-Channel Integration Suite for Siebel
7, helping agents more effectively serve customers with greater personalization.
Siebel's multichannel offerings allow organizations to
intelligently manage and coordinate all customer interactions across the Web,
contact center, field sales / service force, branch / retail network, and
indirect partner distribution channels. The AMC Multi-Channel Integration Suite
for Siebel 7 provides pre-packaged, server-based integration that delivers
real-time connectivity with leading telephony solutions including those from
Avaya, Cisco, Nortel and others.
AMC multi-channel integration
solutions allow contact centers to more efficiently manage
all types of customer interactions with higher levels of
customer service. Through this integration, Siebel 7
customers can enable full telephony (CTI) functionality
including agent login and work modes, softphone controls,
caller identification and screen population of Siebel 7
application pages. AMC solutions are used everyday by
