During the second quarter, AMC received new and
add-on orders from five large enterprise customers that included BASF and
Suncor Energy, Inc. Customer deployments and service engagements were
successfully completed in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Asia-Pacific.
Additionally, AMC closed the first two orders under their new
partner reseller agreement announced during first quarter and have built a
significant pipeline of customer opportunities throughout North America, EMEA
and Latin America under this agreement.
AMC continued to expand the AMC Multi-Channel Integration Suite
to better serve the contact center integration needs of large enterprises. Product release
announcements during the second quarter included the AMC Application Adapter for PeopleSoft
Enterprise CRM and the AMC Telephony Connector for Nortel™ Communications Control Toolkit.
AMC successfully completed initial customer deployments for each of these new products.
