web seminars to demonstrate its newest product offering -- the Interaction Assistant
for use with Microsoft® Business Solutions CRM. Initial response from resellers
and customers has indicated a strong interest in enhanced functionality that
delivers call center features to Microsoft CRM.
The Interaction Assistant is a cross-industry solution that delivers call center
functionality and controls directly to the Microsoft CRM desktop interface,
making it easier for users to manage their interactions more efficiently. Its
target market is small to medium businesses, as well as small groups within large
organizations. Designed for either a casual user or a professional call center
agent, the Interaction Assistant can be configured for different environments
depending on the customer's needs.
During the presentation, attendees will view an online demonstration of the
features and benefits delivered by the Interaction Assistant and how it integrates
with the functionality delivered by Microsoft CRM, followed by a question and
answer session.
