Technology Completes Reseller Agreement with
Nortel for Contact Center and CRM Integration
Solutions
RICHMOND, VA - May 5, 2005 – AMC Technology, L.L.C., a

centers, announced today that it has completed a reseller agreement
with Nortel for the resale of the AMC Multi-Channel Integration Suite™
through the Nortel Select Partner Program. The AMC product suite is
currently available for resale by the hundreds of Nortel channel partners
located throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
The AMC Multi-Channel Integration Suite uniquely qualifies AMC to provide pre-packaged,
server-based integration that delivers real-time connectivity between leading CRM
applications and communications solutions including those from Nortel.

The AMC product suite offers
Nortel customers the option of integration with leading CRM applications
including mySAP™
CRM, PeopleSoft®
CRM and Microsoft®
Business Solutions CRM. Through this integration, customers can enable full
telephony (CTI) functionality in their CRM application desktop including agent
login and work mode, softphone controls, caller identification, and screen
population. As a pre-packaged solution, it
reduces implementation time and lowers the total cost of ownership.

Symposium Call Center Server, Nortel™
Communication Server 1000, Nortel™
Business Communications Manager (BCM), and Nortel™

New CTI Solution from Nortel
Nortel™
Communication Control Toolkit (CCT) 5.0 is the new unified integration
middleware platform for the Nortel Communication Server 1000 switch range and
Nortel Media Processing Server (MPS) Self Service platforms. Nortel CCT 5.0 is
designed for deployment in contact center, knowledge worker, and self-service
environments.
