AMC Technology Completes Reseller Agreement with Nortel for Contact Center and CRM Integration Solutions

RICHMOND, VA - May 5, 2005 – AMC Technology, L.L.C., a leading provider of multi-channel integration solutions for contact centers, announced today that it has completed a reseller agreement with Nortel for the resale of the AMC Multi-Channel Integration Suite through the Nortel Select Partner Program. The AMC product suite is currently available for resale by the hundreds of Nortel channel partners located throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. 

The AMC Multi-Channel Integration Suite uniquely qualifies AMC to provide pre-packaged, server-based integration that delivers real-time connectivity between leading CRM applications and communications solutions including those from Nortel.

Nortel Selects Innovative Products

The AMC product suite has been designated as Nortel Select Products and is available for resale by Nortel channel partners. Through the Nortel Select Product Program, Nortel selects innovative products from their Developer Partners that strategically complement Nortel communications platforms and create significant value for their customers.

The AMC product suite offers Nortel customers the option of integration with leading CRM applications including mySAP CRM, PeopleSoft® CRM and Microsoft® Business Solutions CRM.  Through this integration, customers can enable full telephony (CTI) functionality in their CRM application desktop including agent login and work mode, softphone controls, caller identification, and screen population.  As a pre-packaged solution, it reduces implementation time and lowers the total cost of ownership. 

Specific Nortel Compatible Product status includes support for Nortel Communication Control Toolkit, Nortel Symposium Call Center Server, Nortel Communication Server 1000, Nortel Business Communications Manager (BCM), and Nortel Meridian 1 PBX with CS 1000 software.

New CTI Solution from Nortel

Nortel Communication Control Toolkit (CCT) 5.0 is the new unified integration middleware platform for the Nortel Communication Server 1000 switch range and Nortel Media Processing Server (MPS) Self Service platforms.  Nortel CCT 5.0 is designed for deployment in contact center, knowledge worker, and self-service environments.
