Introduces the AMC Application Adapter for
PeopleSoft® Enterprise CRM
Richmond, VA - May 4, 2005 - AMC Technology, L.L.C., a leading provider

the general availability of the newest addition to the AMC Multi-Channel
Integration Suite™ – AMC Application Adapter for PeopleSoft®
Enterprise CRM.
The new AMC Application Adapter for PeopleSoft provides pre-packaged, server-based integration
that delivers real-time connectivity with leading contact center solutions including those
from Avaya, Cisco, Nortel and others. The AMC Adapter leverages the latest integration
capabilities of the PeopleSoft Multi-Channel API (PSMCAPI).
Through this integration, contact centers can enable full telephony (CTI) functionality in the
PeopleSoft desktop including agent login and work modes, softphone controls, caller identification,
and screen population. As a pre-packaged solution, it reduces implementation time and lowers the
total cost of ownership.
