AMC Technology Introduces the AMC Telephony Connector for
Nortel
Communications Control Toolkit

Richmond, VA - May 4, 2005 - AMC Technology, L.L.C., a leading provider of multi-channel integration solutions for contact centers, announced today the general availability of the newest addition to the AMC Multi-Channel Integration Suite™ – AMC Telephony Connector for Nortel™ Communications Control Toolkit (CCT).

The AMC Telephony Connector for Nortel CCT provides pre-packaged, server-based integration that delivers real-time connectivity with leading CRM applications including those from SAP, PeopleSoft, and Microsoft.

Through this integration, contact centers can enable full telephony (CTI) functionality in their CRM application desktop including agent login and work modes, softphone controls, caller identification, and screen population. As a pre-packaged solution, it reduces implementation time and lowers the total cost of ownership.

New CTI Solution Release From Nortel

Nortel™ Communication Control Toolkit 5.0 is the new unified integration middleware platform for the Nortel Communication Server 1000 switch range and Nortel Media Processing Server (MPS) Self Service platforms. Nortel CCT 5.0 is designed for deployment in contact center, knowledge worker, and self-service environments.

The AMC product suite supports a full range of Nortel communications solutions including Nortel™  Symposium Call Center Server, Nortel™  Communication Server 1000, Nortel™  Business Communications Manager (BCM), and Nortel™  Meridian 1 PBX.
