AMC Technology Announces Alignment with SAP’s Interaction
Strategy through free upgrade to SAP IC WebClient
RICHMOND, VA – April 30, 2007
AMC Technology, L.L.C., a provider of multi-channel interaction management
solutions for contact centers, today announced the availability of free upgrades
for customers running the AMC software for SAP IC WinClient to upgrade to the
SAP IC WebClient to better align with SAP’s Interaction Center strategy.
As discussed in the April 18th webinar sponsored by AMC, SAP has
continued a major shift from the SAPGUI based Interaction Center Winclient to a
browser-based Interaction Center Webclient. To help customers support the
migration from IC WinClient to IC Webclient, AMC is offering free upgrades to
those customers currently running the AMC software.

2007.
