AMC Technology Reports First Quarter Results Including a 33% Growth in Customer Orders and Continued Profitability

Richmond, VA - April 20, 2006 - AMC Technology, LLC, a leading provider of multi-channel integration software for contact centers, today reported results for first quarter 2006 that included 33% growth in customer orders compared to first quarter 2005 and continued profitability.

“Along with the strong growth in customer orders, worth noting was a strong growth in our sales pipeline for AMC’s new product offerings,” stated Anthony X. Uliano, President and CTO. “We are seeing good results from the product investments that we made during 2005 including our contact center integration for Siebel 7 and Oracle’s PeopleSoft Enterprise CRM.”

During first quarter, AMC received new and add-on orders from eight large enterprise customers that included Lennox International, City of San Jose (CA) and the United States Forest Service. Customer deployments were successfully completed in United States, Europe, and the Caribbean Basin.

During first quarter, AMC announced Sony of Canada, Ltd. as a major new customer. Sony Canada chose the AMC product suite to integrate mySAP™ Customer Relationship Management (CRM) with their Avaya contact center systems to enhance service in their customer support center located in Toronto, Canada.

AMC also announced the successful validation by Oracle of integration between the AMC Multi-Channel Integration Suite version 5.0 and Oracle’s PeopleSoft Enterprise CRM version 8.9. AMC has already received several new customer orders for this integration offering.
