Launches New Developer Partner Program
RICHMOND, VA - March 26, 2003 - AMC Technology, L.L.C., an industry leader in
providing multi-channel interaction management solutions for contact centers,
today announced the introduction of its new Developer Partner Program, targeted
at independent software vendors, third-party developers, and end-user
customers.
The Developer Partner Program is designed to provide partners with a mechanism to develop
integration of their solutions with major Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
contact center applications and channel vendors more quickly and cost-effectively.
It is a comprehensive program that provides partners with
training and technical support during the development cycle, as well as support
during the final testing phase to certify the new integrated solution.
At the heart of the Developer Partner Program is the Software Development Kit (SDK)
for AMC’s Multi-Channel Management Suite™ (MCMS). MCMS is an open, vendor-neutral,
industry-standard platform that acts as a “manager of managers” in a contact center
environment to manage the flow of incoming contacts and real-time information.
The SDK will provide partners with complete access to the API’s, code examples and
documentation necessary to develop the interfaces that will integrate their
solutions with the CRM application running at the desktop. Vendors and third-party
developers from both the application and the channel sides will benefit from the
open architecture of MCMS that makes it possible for them to deliver a certified solution
in a matter of weeks.
