AMC Technology Announces Oracle Integration Validation
AMC Successfully Integrates AMC Multi-Channel Integration Suite with Oracle’s PeopleSoft Enterprise CRM

The AMC Multi-Channel Integration Suite provides contact centers with pre-packaged, server-based integration that delivers real-time connectivity with leading telephony systems including those from Avaya, Cisco, Nortel and others.
