Achieves Compatible Developer Product Status
with Nortel Networks
Richmond, VA - March 22, 2005 - AMC Technology, L.L.C., a leading provider of multi-channel
integration solutions for contact centers, announced today that it has achieved Compatible Product
Status with Nortel Networks for the AMC Multi-Channel Integration Suite™ through the Nortel Developer
Partner Program.
The AMC Multi-Channel Integration Suite uniquely qualifies AMC to provide pre-packaged, server-based
integration that delivers real-time connectivity with leading CRM applications and communication
solutions including those from Nortel.
Nortel Compatible Product Status
Specific Nortel compatible product status includes support for Nortel™ Communication
Control Toolkit, Nortel™ Symposium Call Center Server, Nortel™ Communication Server
1000, Nortel™ Business Communications Manager (BCM), and Nortel™ Meridian 1 PBX with
CS 1000 software.
The AMC product suite offers Nortel customers the option of integration with
leading CRM applications including mySAP™ CRM, PeopleSoft®
CRM and Microsoft®
Business Solutions CRM. Through this integration, customers can enable full
telephony (CTI) functionality in their CRM application desktop including agent
login and work mode, softphone controls, caller identification, and screen population.
As a pre-packaged solution, it reduces implementation time and lowers the total cost
of ownership.
