AMC Technology Announces Results for 2006 Including 375%
Revenue Growth and Continued Profitability
RICHMOND, VA – January 23, 2007 - AMC Technology,
LLC, a provider of multi-channel interaction management
solutions, today reported results for 2006 that included
growth in revenue of 375% over total year 2005 and continued
profitability.
AMC remained focused on our
long-term growth strategy. “Our success in 2006 was a direct result of our
focus on partner relations, new product offerings, and continued support of our
existing customer base” stated Anthony Uliano, President and CTO of AMC
Technology. AMC’s industry success was further validated by the receipt of
Customer Interaction Solutions®
Magazine’s “CRM Excellence” award in May.
During 2006, AMC received new and
add-on orders from more than twenty five (25) large enterprise customers,
including Lennox International, Sony Canada, BASF, City of San Jose, Sanofi
Pasteur, and AES. AMC also continued to expand its presence across the globe,
with deployments in North America, South America, Europe, and Australia.
Highlights of 2006 include a multi-country MCIS deployment at one of the leading
worldwide tire companies spanning five different countries, as well as the
rollout and implementation of AMC’s Application Adapter for SAP CRM 5.0
Winclient.
AMC also announced new or expanded
partnerships with Nortel, Oracle, Cisco, and salesforce.com. In addition to
fully validating our Multi-Channel Integration Suite version 5.0 with Oracle’s
Peoplesoft Eneterprise CRM version 8.9 with Oracle, AMC has added products to
the already comprehensive Nortel suite offerings, including the availability and
deployment of AMC’s Nortel HDX Connector.
AMC has also introduced two new
products specifically for SAP customers; a SAP certified Telephony Connector for
Chrysalis Sonata and AMC’s application Adapter for SAP CRM 5.0 Winclient. These
new product offerings allowed AMC to continue to strengthen the list of fully
certified multi-channel integration products available for SAP.
