All
prospective customers and customers running SAP CRM 4.0 please be aware that
after upgrading or with a new installation of SAP CRM 5.0, AMC MCIS
(Multi-Channel Integration Server) will no longer be an embedded part of mySAP
CRM WinClient Interaction Center.
Therefore, after upgrade or with a new installation of SAP CRM 5.0, AMC MCIS is
needed to establish telephony or multi-channel functionality and only can be
obtained from AMC Technology.
AMC is
looking forward to continuing to service all SAP CRM customers and those who are
upgrading to SAP CRM 5.0 WinClient Interaction Center.
