AMC to Offer Call Center Integration Specialist Consultation at SAP CRM 2008

Las Vegas, NV - March 3-5, 2008 - AMC Technology will offer SAP CRM 2008 attendees the opportunity to schedule a time to have a technical discussion with a contact center integration specialist in the convenience of the show floor at booth #605. This is extremely valuable to call center and IT mangers who are interested in improving their sales, service, support, marketing, and operational efficiency by asking questions of a company such as AMC that has been integrating CRM applications with telephony contact centers since 1995.
