CREATIVE ASSIGNMENT : Create a 30-second  to 1-minute spot focused on problem-solving for the contact center and AMC Technology. The overall theme for this contest is playful, fun, light-hearted, and given the time of year, should focus on the hustle and bustle in customer service contact centers generated by the year-end holiday season.

All videos must contain the following:

1. AMC Technology name, logo (to be provided), website address (www.amctechnology.com) and the email address info@amctechnology.com

2. Highlight concepts of improving efficiency and better quality of service and tie these to the upcoming holiday season

3. High level overview of what AMC Technology does: We provide middleware that seamlessly connects phone systems - also known as "CTI" - from companies such as Cisco, Avaya, Nortel and Aspect with CRM systems from companies such as SAP, Microsoft, Oracle and salesforce.com.  As a result, contact center agents get the relevant customer information in their CRM application window automatically, as the phone is ringing with the customer on the line. Companies get a more efficient contact center and happier customers.
