* have training / work experience in C++ and/or C# or Java
* earned a BS degree with formal training in computer programming and object-oriented concepts
* enjoy building prototypes -- development/deployment of iPhone and Android-based applications with user interface design across multiple platforms
* are familiar with Computer Telephone Integration (CTI) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications (SAP, Siebel, Microsoft, salesforce.com) -- not required but helpful
* enjoy a challenge, being creative, and figuring out the solution to a problem
* gain satisfaction from working hard and realizing the benefits to end users and customers
* have a strong work ethic, and tenacity
* can communicate effectively
* live in Richmond, Virginia or its surrounding areas, or would like to relocate to Richmond
