* an in-depth working knowledge of Computer Telephony
Integration (CTI)
* skill with Customer Relationship Management applications
(particularly Siebel, SAP, Microsoft CRM, salesforce.com)
* strong work experience in C#, C++ and C
* at least 5+ years practice as a software developer
* at least 2 years leading projects and mentoring junior
developers
* a BS or MS degree, with formal training in computer
programming and object-oriented concepts
* working knowledge of .NET Remoting and/or Web Services
* first-hand experience with Microsoft COM and
multi-threaded applications
