AMC Technology, L.L.C., a leader in the CRM and Call Center markets, is a privately held software development company founded in 1995. AMC offers exciting multi-channel contact center solutions in close partnerships with companies such as Oracle, SAP, Siebel, Avaya, Cisco, Aspect, and Nortel. 

AMC is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the company in all marketing programs as well as to provide sales support to drive revenue for the AMC product suite. Responsibilities extend from planning, developing and executing all marketing programs, with heavy focus on lead generation campaigns, to developing new and existing marketing collateral, to supporting global sales efforts. You must posses a unique blend of business and technical savvy and the drive to make the most of the assets at hand, yet also be able to execute on all levels of marketing-related tasks.

Job responsibilities include:

• Working with Technical and Sales teams to create product messaging and define target market segments

• Planning and executing marketing programs, including events, lead generation campaigns, email campaigns, joint marketing efforts with our partners, advertising, webinars, demos and other presentations

• Creating and maintaining all collateral for both partners and end users, including brochures, whitepapers, case studies, slide decks and website content

• Providing support to global sales team and partner field reps, which may include support on sales calls, presentations, demos and webinars.

Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 7+ years of experience with software technology companies, ideally in enterprise software. Understanding of call centers, CRM applications, and/or CTI is strongly preferred. Candidate should also have experience managing direct reports, budget planning and tracking, and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Candidate would report directly to President and participate in strategic company decisions.

Located in or relocation to Richmond, Virginia strongly preferred.
